To expedite a warranty claim please be sure to fill out all of the information on the Warranty request form found here.
Additionally, for a sleeping mat request you can submit the production batch code to us on your request form. The batch code is a combination of numbers and letters that can be found inside the inflate/deflate valve for air mats and on the footbox seam, near the middle, of self-inflating mats.
