Once an order is marked by the carrier as Return to Sender, it will be sent back to our warehouse. When the order arrives back to us, we’ll get in touch to let you know we’ve received it, and will happily re-send the order and provide you with an updated tracking number.
Please note that Australia Post and StarTrack no longer leave physical notification cards if no one is home at the time of delivery. Instead, updates are sent via email or SMS (if contact details are provided), or can be tracked through the Australia Post app or website. You can read more about this change here: auspost.com.au/receiving/parcel-deliveries/missed-parcel-deliveries
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking and ensuring your contact details are up to date to avoid missed deliveries.
