What cannot be exchanged/returned?

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Change-of-mind purchases on:

    • Sleeping bags

    • Sleeping bag liners

    • Pillows

    • Towels

    • Underwear
      (due to health and hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items not purchased via our website (please contact the original retailer)

  • Used or damaged items (unless deemed faulty under warranty)

  • Products returned outside the 30-day return window

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags and packaging intact.
