Do not put your pillow in the washing machine – the wash and spin cycle may well cause the bladder to become twisted inside the ‘pillowcase’ (if you have a Premium or Down Pillow), or cause the TPU lining to separate from the outer fabric (if you have an Ultralight Pillow).
We recommend hand washing with a gentle soap and water mixture (Wilderness Wash soaps work really well for the Premium and Ultralight Pillow, while Grangers Down Wash works well with the Down Pillow), and if necessary, you can use a non-abrasive sponge. Let the pillow completely air dry with the valves open before storing the pillow flat with the valves still open.
